Our Story

Mid South Best Offers is a testament to vision and commitment. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, we’ve completed over 400 property purchases in the area. Our journey began with a realization: traditional selling processes often didn’t meet homeowners’ needs.

 

After years of interacting with homeowners, we noticed a preference for quick, hassle-free transactions. Recognizing this, we established an alternative path prioritizing simplicity. Our scope expanded to include community impact.

Immigrated from China, I worked as a software engineer for a tech company before switching to real estate investment full time. The rapid advancement of technology has changed every aspect of our life. As a nerd at heart, I believe technology can be the leverage to discover and serve more homeowners needing to sell their houses in a hassle-free fashion.  During my spare time, I like to read personal development and business books, listen to real estate podcasts, travel, and try out different local restaurants. Also I’m a martial arts enthusiast! I love Jiu Jitsu and its philosophies that can apply to all areas of life. I’m a firm believer of lifelong learning!

In 2015, Thomas was the very fortunate recipient of great advice from an early, and prominent, turn-key owner about starting an investing business. Since that time, he has been all-in on finding, analyzing, buying, rehabbing, renting and owner financing, and flipping to other investors.

Mikel Leslie - Construction Manager

Mikel is responsible for meeting homeowners to look at prospective properties we are interested in purchasing. He also oversees all the ongoing remodel projects, making sure they are completed in a timely manner and under budget. In his spare time, Mikel enjoys fishing, hunting, and working out.
